Why do some of my fidgets feel stiff?

A: The more you play with your fidgets the smoother they get. So keep playing.

Do my products require any special care/attention?

A: Sunlight and heat are not good for them. High heat and humidity can distort and/or warp the products., Don't leave them in a hot car, out in the sun, or on a window sill and you should be ok. We also don't recommend dropping them on hard surfaces because the plastic can break.

How long does it take to make the product you sell?

A: It takes about 8 hours to print all the items in either the Fidgetz or the Puzzles Collectors Kits, but some products can take up to 18 hours. We try to print many items at once at the same time. This helps reduce any waste and seems to be the best use of the printers time.

What kind of plastic are my fidgets & puzzles made out of and is it safe?

A: They are made out of a 3D printing filament called PLA, which stands for Polylactic Acid. Our 3D printing filament is made from renewable plant-based materials like corn starch or sugarcane, essentially a fermented plant starch that is polymerized into a plastic form used for 3D printing; making it a biodegradable option compared to many other plastics and it is safe. In fact most environmentally conscious companies make water bottles out of PLA.

Do you warranty your products?

A: Absolutely! All our products are tested and go through a quality control check before they are shipped, but if for some reason you receive your product and are not satisfied please notify us and we will be happy to help.
